I accidentally turned the channel to Asian Food Channel (703).
It was showing French Food At Home by Laura Calder.
She was teaching how to bake desserts.
Im gonna bake the powder puffs myself. It look so delicious.
But when Im baking it, Im failed to make it so nicely :(

Ingredients
60g flour __面粉
60g cornstarch __玉米粉
3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar __打打粉
1/2 teaspoon baking soda __苏打粉
3 eggs (egg white and egg yolk separate) __鸡蛋(蛋白和蛋黄分开)
155g caster sugar __糖粉
Fillings
About 125ml rasberry jam
About 375ml whipping cream
